These stories of public welfare are often imprinted in my heart, nurturing the altruistic genes of the BIBA community.
After the charity fun run carnival, organized by BIBA and Our Learning House (OLH), a warm post appeared in Tang Xia’s Wechat moment, she is the Dean of OLH.
"If you ask me where to start the story, perhaps it was years ago when BIBA rescued three children from OLH, giving them a completely different life. Or maybe it was the BIBA mother who persisted in tutoring a child recovering from hip surgery at the bedside every day for three months, ensuring he didn't fall behind in his studies after returning to school, and this tradition continues with the BIBA group coming daily to tutor the OLH children. It could be the figures in the kitchen making dumplings for the kids, or the helping hands extended to children in need in the mountainous regions. The BIBA children spontaneously organized a buddy reading room, providing a warm childhood for these children with disabilities with peer companionship. Perhaps it was the PTA coffee that funded the treatment of many seriously ill children with their proceeds... The BIBA principal and his family, amidst their busy schedules, spent an entire day with us, bending down to our children's height, becoming warm, childlike presences, reaching out with warm hands to hold the children we most want to protect. In that moment, love transcended our industries, crossing mountains and seas to come to you. Drawn together by the spirit of public welfare, we have become a family... a family within the BIBA community. Gathering good people to do good deeds, we bring happiness to children because of us. As time unfolds, may we treat the blossoming of life with tenderness and await the breeze of compassion with patience."

The school's 4R principles—Respect for others, Relationships, and Responsibility to the community and society—manifest the spirit of goodness. The "Ren Yi Li Zhi Xin" (benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and trustworthiness) standards

02The journey of public welfare is marked by those who watch over and assist one another
The PTA Café at BIBA is more than a place for food and relaxation; it's a platform for community engagement and compassion. The café was initiated by BIBA parents to meet the needs of teachers and students for refreshments, with its design inspired by the ancient Chinese imperial palace's corner towers. Any surplus from the café goes towards community public welfare projects. In 2023, over 500 parent volunteers participated in community services and public welfare activities, with 57 working at
