Visa and Relocation Support
Visa-related expenses are generally covered by the school.
BIBA reimburses overseas-hired full-time foreign teachers for reasonable costs directly associated with obtaining a work visa prior to living and working in China, upon submission of original receipts. This benefit also applies to eligible dependents listed on the employee’s contract.
Eligible expenses include visa application fees, agency service fees, background check fees, document authentication fees (for police clearance, degree certificate, birth or marriage certificate), and postal costs.
Transportation or accommodation costs are not included and should be covered by the employee.
In addition, BIBA provides annual home leave airfare reimbursement for foreign employees, supporting a healthy balance between work and personal life.
