IB Diploma Program Admission Requirements IB
As the IGCSE curriculum is a valid indicator of student success in the IB Diploma Program, acceptance into the full IB Diploma Program at BIBA will require the following minimum requirements:
Minimum estimated grades of B or higher in the majority of IGCSE courses
No more than two IGCSE courses with an estimated grade of C
An estimated grade of at least a B for students taking IGCSE English as a second language; an A is recommended
No estimated grade lower than a C in IGCSE International Mathematics
The IBDP is a challenge and involves rigor to complete the full two-year diploma program. Therefore, we strongly recommend certain subject/course specific attainment levels (as outlined in the IBDP handbook). Selection outside these subject specific boundaries will need approval from the IBDP coordinator.
